Venue Rental Rates
Conference Room:

- 980 sq ft (with access to 426 sqft balcony overlooking flight-line)
- $150 minimum 2hrs ‘as-is’ and includes Audio/Visual.
- $25 each additional hour ($35/hr outside normal business hours)
- $25 cleaning fee
- Capacity: 50 people seated. Can flex higher for ‘come and go’ type events and use of the balcony
- *This second-floor room has no elevator, escalator or chair lift. It is only accessible by a stairwell.
Tents:
Banquet Tent (on asphalt):

- 40 ft X 80 ft (3200 sq ft)
- $250 minimum 2hrs
- Seated Capacity 250 ppl
Hanger A:

- 3500 sq ft
- $500 minimum 2hrs
- Capacity 100 ppl

- 44,300 sq ft.
- $500 minimum 2hrs
- Portable toilet required per 100/ppl, not included in price.
